    Administrate enterprises with foreign investment according to law;Establish statistics network of foreign invested enterprises within our district,training statistician and make monthly and annual report on investment and operation conditions of foreign invested enterprises;Submit the application for permanent residence, entry and exit for examination and approval;Accept the complaints from foreign invested enterprises or foreign investors and cooperate related departments to solve the problems promptly.

    Examine and approve projects with foreign investment according to authorized approval limitation (project with a total investment under 10 million USD or project with a total investment under 30 million in Xinzhuang Industrial Zone);Examine and approve the increasing of investment;Assist the local units to take part in project negotiations.

◎ Investment Promotion Department

    Make the investment promotion plan for the district and construct the investment promotion network and teams;Publish the investment materials;Organize the investment promotion delegation to go abroad;Assist Xinzhuang Industrial Park and other towns to absorb foreign investment;Strengthen the communication with foreign and domestic investors;Hold comparatively large scale get-together party;Receive trade investigations from home and abroad.
